Nothing beats a good comprehensive detox. But once you’ve completed your detox, you’ll feel so good you’re going to want to incorporate some naturally detoxifying habits to help you passively detox every day, and maintain the health benefits you worked so hard to achieve. You can also use these 8 tips to prepare you for your detox.

Here are 8 ways you can naturally detox every day

1. Catherine’s Daily Detox Drink

After 21 days my daily detox drink should be pretty much a habit and easy to continue. It will naturally cleanse your digestive system, replenish much needed minerals, neutralize acids, and help your body eliminate toxic waste.

2. Fulvic Minerals

Fulvic minerals are a powerful catalyst that move nutrients into the cell, while moving toxins out. 3. Make a Vegetable Meal Every Day

Vegetables are loaded with nutrients which makes them both nourishing and detoxifying. Green leafy vegetables are high in potassium, which naturally pulls toxins out of the cell. But most of us do not consume nearly the amount of vegetables we need each day to be in excellent health. A giant salad with sunflower seeds, hemp seeds, salmon, or beans is an excellent way to increase your veggies. Steamed veggies and potatoes or vegetable soup are also great vegetable meal options. Over 70% of your immune system is in your gut. It is absolutely essential that you populate healthy gut bacteria. This will boost your immune system and help your body eliminate pathogens.  A few ways you can incorporate probiotics into your daily diet would be kombucha tea, kim chi, sauerkraut, or the All-In-One Organic Greens Drink.

6. Sweat Daily

There are toxins that can only escape through your skin. Skin brushing and sweating are both excellent ways to detox every day. Ideally, sweat every day if you can. If you are not able to sweat it’s an indication your pores are clogged. You may want to consider visiting a sauna to get your pores opened up again.

7. Breathe

Breathing is very overlooked. We exhale acidic waste from our lungs. Breathing also pumps the lymphatic system. I strongly recommend deep breathing exercises everyday. I personally do them after my shower with essential oils.

8. Stay Regular

No one wants to talk about constipation, but death begins in the colon. Every single day you do not have a healthy full bowel movement, that toxic waste in your colon backs up into your liver, clogging your liver, and reabsorbs back into your body, auto-intoxicating your body. If you have a history of constipation to any degree, I can confidently say you need a good detox that includes colon cleansing (not a bottle of pills).
