There is no question about it, seed oils are hard to avoid. A few foods may surprise you like deli meat and yogurt. Neither of these foods should need ANY added oils. Crackers, chips, cereal, protein bars, and many other foods use them as well.
Seed oils are strong inflammatory oils, clog the cells, exacerbate and can even cause chronic health conditions.
Avoid then as much as possible and you’ll be on your way to a much healthier you!!
All the best to your health!

then why is flaxseed oil considered an anti-inflammatory?
great question! Two reasons. First of all flaxseeds are high in omega 3, which is an anti-inflammatory. (as opposed to omega 6 which increases inflammation). Secondly,it is the chemical processing that makes seed oils even more inflammatory.
For example sunflower seeds vs the highly, chemically, processed oil version, have health benefits.
What about cold-pressed sesame oil used for homemade salad dressing (I.e., not heated)?
