I juice pretty much every day. Some people think that’s extreme. But I think insulin shots, chemo, expensive time consuming doctor visits, drugs, and dangerous surgeries are extreme. I would much rather take a little extra time each day to make my fresh vegetable juice, in order to reduce my risk of any and all of the above.
4 Reasons I Drink Fresh Juice Every Day
1. Very High Amounts Of Concentrated Essential Nutrients
I get more nutrients in my juice than I could possibly get any other way. There is no other way to flood your body with the same amount of concentrated nutrients that you can get in a fresh juice. People try to compete by taking synthetic vitamin pills or drinks. But your body cannot properly utilize those nutrients because they are chemicals made in a lab. They are not nutrients. Man cannot recreate the apple, carrot, or kale and put it in a pill or powder. It’s just not possible.
2. Maximum Nutrients Absorption
The nutrients in fresh juice are easily and quickly absorbed into the blood stream giving you a powerful boost of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, phytonutrients, antioxidants, essential fatty acids, amino acids, and energy.
3. Honestly, I’m Not A Huge Fan Of Eating Vegetables
Juicing is an easy way for me to get my entire day’s worth of green leafy veggies in just one simple juice. And I personally think it’s refreshing and tastes better. 🙂
