Five Easy Ways To Reduce Inflammation

1. Start un-junking your diet

Im sure I sound like a broken record! But diet has a HUGE impact on inflammation. Foods like salt, processed meats, dairy, and sugar are all very powerful inflammatories. They CAUSE inflammation. Just one fast food meal high in sodium, and I personally feel like my feet double in size from swelling.

2. Start Eating Anti-Inflammatory Foods

  • Plant based real food. Food that doesn’t need an ingredient label 🙂

  • Mineral rich alkalizing foods – green leafy vegetables, and green superfoods.

3. Manage Stress and Get Good Sleep

4. Exercise

Keep moving. You don’t have to go to the gym to work out. Get a work out video, or rebounder. Do something to move your lymphatic system, which are like tiny toilets all over your body that need flushing. The only way to flush them is to move. And if you don’t flush them, you will have sewage back up, inflammation, pain, and eventually disease.

5. Heal Your Gut

You can eat all the right foods and still not feel well if your digestion is compromised.
