Video #1 – Intro To The Lymphatic System

1. Common symptoms of clogged lymph
Symptoms are the body’s way of telling us something is wrong. There is a deeper issue, joint pain too from build up of toxins, swelling, skin problems, cancer, pain and inflammation.

2. How does the lymphatic system work
The lymphatic system is like a sewer system in the body that takes out the trash. There are lymph nodes all over the body that function like tiny little toilets flushing the waste out of the lymphatic system. Lastly the toxins and waste is eliminated out of the body through the kidneys, colon, lungs, and skin. 

3. Why you have clogged lymph
The root cause is primarily accumulated toxins that collect over time causing toxic overload aka clogged lymph. When the body can’t eliminate waste, toxins back up, acidosis (inflammation), forms cysts, acne, tumors..which are all symptoms of lymph stagnation.
Constipation, congested liver, clogged organs, stress, processed foods, and air pollution all contribute to toxic overload. Extreme diets (high protein high fat diets) also cause clogged organs and the lymphatic system because they are very mucus forming, leading to acidosis and inflammation. 

4. Consequences of clogged lymph
Clogged lymph creates a very unhealthy environment for sickness and disease, including viruses, bacterial infections, parasites, cancer, and more.
