In this video I explain the root cause of insulin resistance so that you can not only manage blood sugar levels, but actually start reversing insulin resistance.
Insulin is a hormone in the body produced by the pancreas. It drives glucose into the cell for energy. When fat builds up around the cells, insulin can no longer do its job; it can no longer deliver glucose into the cell. Therefore sugar remains in the blood resulting high blood sugar levels. Sugar is not the problem. The problem is fat blocking the door way.
Insulin is knocking at the door of the cell like it’s supposed to, but the walls are so mucked up with toxic fat build up, the insulin can’t open the door for sugar to get in. Sugar is still a big problem, but ultimately bad fats are the primary root cause of type 2 diabetes.

Thank you Cathrine for the Info,I know now that Insulin Is a hormone In the body produced by the pancreases and Insulin delivers glucose to our cells but fat builds up around the walls of our cells preventing the glucose from getting to our cells resulting In too much sugarIn the blood.
I now know that the rotor problem Is the fat build up on the cell walls.
?Hopefully they will find a cure for this.
