Every season comes with the increased risk of catching a cold of flu. But you don’t have to live in fear! I have never had the flu, thank the Lord!

I attribute my strong immune system to clean healthy diet (as a lifestyle), and my comprehensive 21 day cleanse a few times a year.

1. Super Nutrition

The food you eat will either build you up, or tear you down.  Be sure you’re flooding your body with good nutrition that builds a strong immune system is key, while also avoiding sugar as much as possible.
Two cans of soda (which contain 24 teaspoons of sugar) suppresses the immune system by 92 percent for up to five hours, according to Kenneth Bock, M.D., an expert in nutritional and environmental health.

2. Quality Sleep & Stress Management

3. Healthy Gut Bacteria

4. Vitamin C [what you need to know]

The body relies on Vitamin C to launch an effective immune response. But it MUST be non-synthetic vitamin C in order for the body to utilize it properly, without causing deficiencies.
Yes, taking synthetic vitamin C can actually deplete you of vitamin C. “Ascorbic Acid” is synthetic Vitamin C. Look for food sourced. Below is one of my favorites. I add this to my Daily Greens, which also contain 400% food derived Vit C.

 

5. Two Anti-Virals

As I’m writing this, we are in the midst of the COVID-19 virus pandemic. Two anti-virals I have personally used for many years with much success:

Colloidal Silver

    • Natural antibiotic and antiviral properties
    • Ear infections (directly in ear)
    • Eye infections (directly in eyes)
    • Cuts, scratches (topically)
    • Cold and flu viruses (ingesting)

Allicin is the therapeutic extract found in garlic, which is what is in Allimax. One tiny capsule contains the amount of allicin found in approximately 7 garlic cloves, with very little garlic smell.

 

My personal success story with Allimax

In 2006 I had a terrible ear infection. It got bad enough I had to get antibiotics. After 10 days, the antibiotics did nearly nothing. A friend shared Allimax with me.
