This seems to be the time of year for bladder infections with quite a few calls from clients in a panic trying to avoid an expensive doctor visits and dreaded antibiotics for “another bladder infection”.
If you can catch symptoms early enough, I have found the following remedies to be very effective. If you have chronic UTI’s you might consider including these suggestions into your daily routine.
1. No Sugar Whatsoever
No one wants to hear this! But sugar feeds ALL disease, bladder infection included. And remember even healthy sugar is sugar i.e. honey and coconut nectar. Bread, pasta, muffins, crackers, grains, grain flour, potatoes, etc. also turn into sugar very quickly in the body. If you want to get well, ditch the sugar.
2. Populate Healthy Gut Bacteria
Healthy gut bacteria is essential for a healthy immune system. A quality probiotic is something I recommend EVERYONE include in their nutriaional program a few times a week, whether you get UTI’s or not. But if you do get UTI’s. You can double up when you feel symptoms coming on. You need the beneficial bacterial to fight off the bad guys for you.
3. Colloidal Silver (natural antibiotic)
Silver is a mineral that functions as a natural antibiotic. It is also anti-fungal and anti-viral. I have seen my clients get amazing results with colloidal silver. But you can’t skimp on amounts. One dropper full of some over priced silver is not going to do itYou need 1oz morning and night while fighting an infection, flu, or cold. Just make sure you get a true colloidal silver.
4. Allimax Garlic Extract (natural antibiotic)
5. D-Mannos
If your bladder infection is the result of E. coli finding its way into the urinary tract, which is the most common type, D-mannos is a nutritional supplement that attaches itself to E-coli so the E. coli can be eliminated from the body. It can be as effective as antibiotics in many cases, and a good supplement to keep on hand if you have recurring bladder infections.
6. Reduce / Manage Stress
Stress can be a major trigger for bladder infections. According to the American Institute of Stress, it is estimated 75%-90% of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related problems. Managing stress can play a major role in preventing UTI’s. CBD Oil is an excellent anti-stress supplement.
7. Golden Rod Blend
This is an herbal tincture. I have seen amazing results with my clients who have chronic kidney, bladder, and UTI problems.

Add corn silk tea to your list. The tea can be made by boiling fresh silk from corn, or you can buy it in the dried oose form over the internet. I buy mine in Denver at a Mexican herbal store. Very cheap $3 a pkg.
awesome thank you!
