Essential oils are amazing. They smell amazing and they have numerous medicinal applications and health benefits.

Here are four essential oils I used daily.

1. Frankincense Oil

Frankincense oil is notorious for being the king of all essential oils with many applications. Since it is great for skin I add a few drops to my argon oil and use it as face lotion every morning. Then I inhale it and do my morning deep breathing a few times.

2. Rosemary Oil

I use Rosemary Oil primarily mid day to improve my focus and memory. I simply apply a little bit on my temples, then inhale it deeply for mid day deep breathing exercise.

3. Lemon Oil

Lemon juice and lemon oil are excellent detoxifiers. You can add lemon oil to your detox drink or drinking water. But you do have to use glass if you’re going to add essential oils to your water. The nice thing about lemon essential oil is that it is not acidic so it won’t soften or damage tooth enamel like lemon juice.

Another excellent oil. I add tea tree oil to all of our hand and body soaps for its antibacterial properties.
