Three Tips For Overcoming Sugar Cravings
1. Include foods in your diet that will help balance blood sugar.
Clean proteins, high fiber, and healthy fats. Avocados, nuts, and seeds are excellent foods that are high in all three, protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
2. Maximize Digestion with proper food combining, digestive enzymes, and probiotics, because undigested food will feed yeast overgrowth which can cause very intense sugar cravings, among many other problems. Balancing gut bacteria will help eliminate those sugar cravings.
3. Stop the vicious cycle by eliminating sugar and grains from your diet. It takes about 3 days to get sugar out of your system. The first 3 days are the toughest. But including high protein, high fiber, and healthy fats into your daily diet, will begin to eliminate the sugar cravings all together.
